All About Asher:
Weight: 14 lbs., 9 oz.
Length: 24 inches
Milestones: He just started sleeping 6-7 hours straight at night. Woohoo!
Favorite activities: Watching tv, being outside, kicking/splashing in his bath tub, watching mommy, daddy, grandparents, etc. make fools of themselves to get smiles out of him.
Least favorite activities: Getting in his carseat, being hot, waiting for food, being smothered by his big brother.
Misc. update: We're getting more smiles every day from our little guy and even an occasional giggle. He loves the "ooo" sounds, so we're always "gooing" in his face to make him laugh. He went swimming for the first time this month and he's kind of indifferent about it. He's calm for about 10-15 minutes in the water, but then he's done and lets us know it. He's really starting to notice his surroundings lately and loves to stare at rattles or bright lights.
Asher's still having some terrible tummy aches which make for some long, crabby days at daycare. We took him to a pediatrician in Salina last week and she put him on Zantac. Let's hope it cures our sweet baby!
