Since the 4th fell in the middle of the week this year, we were home for fun in the neighborhood. We bought a small selection of fireworks on the 3rd and our friends, the Coopers, came over that evening to enjoy the fun.

Watching the daddies shoot off roman candles...they just couldn't wait until dark.
On the afternoon of the 4th (after the big water fight), we invited the Coopers over to Grammy & Crappaw's house for a swim. There was a LOT of jumping involved!
And that evening, we enjoyed watching the Coopers shoot off their fireworks, as well as the City display.
