The kids' school held it's annual pumpkin patch again this year, and we volunteered a few days to sell pumpkins. I was still on maternity leave, so we were able to work in the afternoon, right when Carter got out of school. He was beyond excited!

This guy was all over the patch finding all kinds of treasures.
While we worked at the patch, we selected a large pumpkin to buy and daddy helped the kids carve it the week of Halloween. They picked a design together (batman logo) and watched daddy work his magic.

Finally it was Halloween! It was a crazy night rushing home from work, getting dinner for the kids, getting costumes on, photos taken and out the door for trick-or-treating.
Carter was Iron Man this year.
Asher was a spider.

And Hayden was a sweet little monkey (the same costume the boys wore for their first Halloween--with a bow added this year!).
