Swimming lessons

We had our third summer of swimming lessons with Bonnie Sue last June. I waited a little too late to call for a private lesson time, and all she had left was 8pm. I was kind of dreading that late, but it ended up being PERFECT! The sun was going down, I wasn't dripping in sweat as I was watching them, and best of all, they were dog tired and ready for bed as soon as we got home. Win-win!

 

Both boys improved their swimming greatly last summer, and we are very thankful for Bonnie Sue's instruction. She's the perfect mix of fun and business for our boys. :)

 He even exudes personality while swimming. I can't imagine the conversations they had during lessons, because yes, Asher managed to get lots of words in even while he was supposed to be blowing bubbles and taking breaths. Luckily Bonnie Sue has a good sense of humor.

 Carter swam the length of the pool on his own several times during each lesson...he was really exhausted those evenings--especially considering there were a few nights that we had ball games before swimming!

 Little sis can't wait to come for lessons!
