Optimist Egg Hunt

Ok, so between Asher's birthday and the multiple Easter events that took place last weekend, I took an insane amount of pictures. Way too many for one post, so I'm just going to have three Easter posts to make it simpler.

Saturday morning the local Optimists club had a massive egg hunt in the park. We stopped and had a little chat with the Easter bunny first thing. Funny thing, as we were leaving the park, we passed the Easter bunny driving her little red convertible...Carter wanted to know where she was going?!?We also ran in to Reese...neither of these strong-willed 3-year-olds were thrilled about stopping for another picture, but they obliged.

Once the horn sounded, the masses of people took off! Carter knew just what to do.Asher did a little huntin' of his own, but he preferred to eat the grass and sticks rather than the eggs.

But once he saw Carter's loot, he wanted to "share."
