On Christmas Eve, we bundled the kids up, made a stop at Kwik Shop for warm beverages, and took off on a Christmas lights tour around town. Such a small thing, but it was so much fun. I really hope we can find time to continue this every year.
After we got home, we let the kids open their one gift on Christmas Eve--always PJs.
Right before bed time, we set out milk and cookies for Santa and our elf, Elliott.

It's amazing to me how instinctual the cooking/baking thing is to some little girls. We had to practically force Hayden to open the rest of her gifts--all she wanted to do was cook in her new kitchen--and she was only 16 months old!
