Angel Depot Christmas Program
Carter's preschool had a Christmas program this week and the kids have been working hard at school to learn all of their songs. I asked him every day after preschool what they'd been working on and every day he'd say "I just can't tell you."

The Preschool and Pre-K classes performed together...here they are all filing in together...Carter spotted us right away.
The kids were absolutely adorable. They sang about five songs and it lasted no more than 20 minutes. Short and sweet, but when you're working with 3-5 year olds, I'm sure that is about the max amount of time to hold their attention.
There were actions to all of the songs including jumping up and down and spinning around. Our boy got a little carried away and nearly took out the two girls on either side of him during a jumping sequence, but quickly regained his balance. That would have been quite a memorable first performance if he'd fallen off the risers.
Checking out the girls beside him.
Can't you just hear him belting out the songs?
Taking a bow after they're fantastic performance.
Cookies and punch afterwards made for a perfect evening. We're very thankful that Carter has such great teachers and we know most of the kids in his class and their families. We look forward to Carter growing up and attending school with such a great group of kids! He's getting to be such a big boy and we couldn't be prouder of him!
