9 months!

All About Asher:

Weight: 20 lbs., 4 oz. - 3%

Food: Aside from his normal formula and baby foods, Asher is venturing into some softer table foods now. He's tried bananas, cheese curls, french fries and his fave...ICE CREAM. Yep, he's definitely an Allen kid. The first night I gave him a few bites from my cone, it took him about two tastes to get over the "cold" and decide that this is yummy stuff! Every time I would take a bite, he'd throw a hissy fit because I wasn't giving him more...funny boy.

Milestones: He's crawling, pulling up, cruising, into everything now! He officially started crawling Dec. 29 and hasn't looked back since. Babyproofing (round 2) has begun at our house all over again. He also cut his second tooth (bottom... middle right) this month and I'm sure more are soon to follow. I *think* I may have heard a "ma-ma" last week, but there's been no repeat performance...boo.

Misc. update: Asher's still jabbering like crazy and he loves to watch Carter. He's also fascinated with sippy cups...if he sees one of Carter's, he gets this gleam in his eye and he's off on a mission. I think this new activity level of crawling/cruising is wearing him out. His normal bedtime is around 8:15-8:30, but since he started crawling, he's pooped by 7pm! He's rockin' the mullet look...business in the front, party in the back. Daddy says it's time to get a haircut...momma keeps putting it off.
